Michael Bochman has served as the lead pastor of Crosspoint Alliance Church since October of 2017.  He is married to the love of his life, Amy, and has three children named Cade, Mya, and Ella.  Michael is passionate about church and guiding people toward a relationship with Jesus Christ.  During his free time, Michael loves hanging out with people, enjoying the outdoors, music, and reading.  He loves living in Perham and being a part of the Crosspoint family.


Kay Morris

Pastor of Youth & Children's Ministries

Kay Morris serves as Pastor of Youth and Children’s Ministries at Crosspoint. Kay has been working with youth groups since the age of 19. She and her husband Jeff also coach Cross Country and Track  for the Perham High School. Kay’s passion and desire is to grow closer to Jesus daily and in turn make disciples for Christ and love others. Kay lives in Perham with her husband Jeff and their four kids, Elijah, Mya, Gracie, and Zeke.

Roxanne Bartels joined the Crosspoint team in May 2019, as the Church Administrator.  She looks forward to helping others in that role with a “how can I help” attitude.  She has two adult children who have married and provided six grandchildren with whom she loves spending time playing card/board games, watching movies, and just hanging out.

Amy has been serving as the Director of Worship since fall of 2020. She is passionate about helping people encounter the greatness of God. She is married to Michael and has three amazing children: Cade, Mya, and Ella. She loves reading, experiencing the Minnesota outdoors, and spending time with her family.
